Abstracts Submission

• Abstracts for the congress will only be accepted online. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail will be ABSOLUTELY not accepted.
• Submitted abstracts will be evaluated as “Oral” and “E-Poster” presentations.
• The abstract submission form requires user-based membership. If you do not have a membership account, you can create a new one by filling out the form. An activation link will be sent to the email address you provide. Please note that this link might be considered spam by some email addresses… Kindly take this into account.
• Each participant can submit a maximum of one oral and one poster abstract for the congress.
• The final submission deadline for abstracts is September 3, 2025.
• Abstracts must be submitted in both Turkish and English. If you are submitting more than one abstract, they should be submitted under the same account.
• Please enter your abstract in the required format. All fields in the abstract submission form must be completed.
• Only abstracts from participants who have registered for the congress will be considered for evaluation.
• Please ensure that your email address is correct so that the password required for editing your abstract can be delivered to you without any issues.
• Do not include author names or institution names in the abstract fields in the system.
• Abstracts should not exceed 500 words, excluding Title, Keywords, tables, and figures.
• All submitted abstracts for presentation at the congress will undergo a scientific review process. At least 2 (two) reviewers, randomly selected from the Congress Scientific
• Committee, will evaluate each abstract. Abstracts that are deemed appropriate by the reviewers will be accepted for the congress.
• Abstracts selected as Posters will be printed in a 70 cm x 100 cm size and displayed on poster boards in the POSTER area.

Services included in the accommodation

• Congress accommodation is a 3-night package with check-in on October 30, 2025 and check-out on November 02, 2025, and cannot be divided.
• The accommodation concept is all-inclusive.
• Accommodation will take place in standard rooms, and an extra bed will be added for additional 3rd persons or children.

Important Information

• A 10% VAT will be added to the accommodation fee. Any potential changes in tax rates (+/-) will be reflected accordingly.
  If the single-room rate has already been paid, the accompanying spouse/companion supplement for a double room is €330 (including taxes).
• For children aged 6-12, the accommodation fee for the period October 30 – November 2, 2025, is €245 (including taxes).
• Companions who make a payment for accommodation cannot attend the congress sessions.
• The package dates cannot be divided.
• One child aged 0–5.99 years, staying in the same room with both parents, is free of charge.
• For a second child aged 0–3 years, the accommodation fee for October 30 – November 2, 2025, is €245 (including taxes).

• Transfers will be made as a group transfer between Dalaman airport and hotel or hotel and Dalaman airport on the congress check-in and check-out dates (October 30 – November 02, 2025)
• The one-way transfer fee per person is €45 + VAT.
• Private transfers requested outside of the congress check-in and check-out days will be charged separately upon request.

• For cancellations made until August 15, 2025, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made between August 15 and September 16, 2025, 25% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• No cancellations will be accepted after September 16, 2025. However, name changes will be allowed until October 27, 2025.
• After October 27, 2025, name changes will not be accepted.

• The Congress Opening Session ceremony is October 30, 2025.
• The Congress Closing Session ceremony is November 01, 2025.
• The discounted deadline for your registration and accommodation reservations is July 31.
• You will be charged normal pricing for your registration and accommodation reservations made on or after August 1.
• The deadline for submitting Abstract is September 3.
• The date for announcing the abstract evaluation results is September 30.
